you are amazing. I relate to the feelings of dragging and not quite right. I had been on the most amazing vitamins for years. They had totally changed how I felt. I went off them this fall and now I feel the same again. I had forgotten how much them helped me. I just got them back yesterday and hope I see improvement soon! Good luck with the raw food. I don't think I could do it!

well, good luck managing all of that and somehow starting a dating process. which is awful, dating. it wouldn't be so bad if most people were okay, but a lot of people suck. still...you're tanya...smart, articulate, courageous, cute...things will happen. i think the book is the hard part...finding the momentum to write, publish, when so much is going on...it's takes such a huge amount of focus to write and organize a book, i can't even imagine. exciting that you're doing all of that...looking forward to more updates. windows into tanyaland. take care.

VitaMix! My mom used to have one when I was growing up! AND she used to drink green smoothies.

Oh, yes, you should see all the help Kate has. If only I had that amount of help AND received freebies. Like hair extensions.

But, sweetie, get a new stylist. I had one stylist years ago that cut my hair shorter and shorter every time. She couldn't help herself. Got a new stylist.

Don't worry about us. We'll wait on you. You're worth it!

Carrie N - No lattes, and no beer :( Organic wine is okay in some raw schools of thought, so I'm gonna hang out with those people :)

AUNTastasia, for you sis, I'll send a whole book of green smoothie recipes! xoxo

rhemashope, goodfountain, and Paulene - thanks so much for the well-wishes! I'll keep you posted.

Corrie - I'll drop you a line as soon as I'm ready to guest post. Looking forward to it!

Carrie - Yeah, the hair. That's what I get for trying to have it done when mercury's in retrograde! Meh.

Jess - There are some raw foodists who eat raw meat, and sushi certainly qualifies! (Only without rice, though, since rice is cooked.)

Pixie - I know you said not to tell you, but I am still a slave to my boys' food demands. Sometimes it kills me. I've actually got a post brewing about that. Fortunately, however, they are learning to prepare their own meals (yay!) so that helps a lot!

Kim - A great source of raw food info that I highly recommend is http://therawfoodcoach.com. It's a huge change, but from what I've read, the benefits are so worth it!

I've only seen one pic of Kate's long hair and I don't like it! I have gobs of hair and last week was contemplating cutting it all off-but I didn't and now I'm glad. Momentary insanity! Who would I be without my HAIR?! I'm a huge chicken but always admire those who go for different cuts. I do wish I had more guts in that department.

Love reading more about YOU! Love that Nigel had to inventory the clocks--too funny!

I'm interested to read more about the raw diet. As I sit here typing I am TIRED and I just know it's a sugar crash from the candy I ate with my lunch.

Have a great weekend!

Wow! I love the idea of a raw food diet. I think I'll head that direction when the kids are older and I'm less of a slave to their (and J's!) food demands. That time does come, right? (If not, please don't tell me).

And the spreadsheets? OY! Just the thought of spreadsheets makes me want to bury my head in pillows!

love you!

You've got Carrie N., Corrie and Carrie all commenting - can't be a coincidence!

I love this, it, in fact, made me lol: "I brought a photo of myself with the cut that she did last time that I loved, she wasn’t able to replicate it."

Best wishes for all your changes.
